As a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach, I am passionate about helping you navigate the complexities of divorce with clarity and confidence.  Specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), my goal is to empower you to make informed decisions, communicate effectively and manage the emotional and practical challenges of divorce.  With a compassionate and solution-based approach, I provide the support needed to move forward (wherever you are at in the process) with strength and purpose.  

I didn’t know what I didn’t know and my own divorce experience cost me a lot of time, money and emotional stress.  I was living in fear, worried about the well-being of my kids, what would people think about me, scared about my financial future, unsure of where to even begin and wondering if I’d ever recover emotionally.  I sought counsel in my grief, but really wanted things to magically improve in my marriage.  

Once a decision was made to move forward, I wasn‘t prepared and it was hard to handle my emotions and make clear decisions.  As a business and marketing major with most recent roles in the finance industry and now divorce coach, I am not an advocate of divorce.  I am and advocate of helping individals feel empowered and make the best decisions for themselves.  Divorce is not the answer to your unhappiness.  Doing the inner work to discover what brings you joy, connection and fulfillment is the answer.  This is WHY I deeply desire to help YOU move beyond fear and empower you to make informed decisions for yourself and your family.

Drawing upon my own experiences and extensive training as a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach, I have developed a comprehensive approach to support clients at every stage of the divorce process.  Allow me to be a trusted confidante in your corner as we navigate this path together.
