Hi, I’m Rachelle!
Look, I’m not going to sugarcoat this - divorce is really hard. As a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach, I help you tackle the impossible decisions (stay or go?), figure out the money stuff without having a panic attack, and learn to co-parent without wanting to scream. We’ll kick fear in the teeth, save your sanity (and your bank account), and turn all this spinning into something that actually gets you to a better place.
My own divorce? leans in It was hard. I felt like I was drowning, worried about my kids, terrified about money, and so paralyzed by fear I couldn’t even decide what to have for breakfast (lunch or dinner). I had no clue where to start, and honestly? I was overwhelmed.
That’s exactly WHY I do this work now. I remember what it feels like to be spinning out at 2 AM, Googling everything, and feeling like you’re failing at life. I’m here to help you break free from that paralysis and actually create something good from what feels impossible right now.
I specialize in Alternative Dispute Resolution (no, that’s not as boring as it sounds - it just means we find ways to solve this without everyone hating each other forever). My job is to help you make decisions you can live with, communicate without losing your mind, and handle both the emotional tornado and the practical challenges that come with this territory.
Here’s what I DON’T do: I don’t push you toward divorce. Honestly? Divorce alone doesn’t magically make you happy. The real work is figuring out who you want to be and what you actually need to feel alive again. Sometimes that means staying and doing the work. Sometimes it means leaving. My job is helping you get clear on what’s right for YOU.

P.S. Plot twist - my kids are now married and absolutely crushing life! They’re these incredible humans with strong family bonds who are out there making the world better.
